Amenities include original hardwood floors that were refinished to a high standard. The white plastered walls are outfitted with original art; cabinets are white wood with glass front panels. The double glazed windows are perfect for blocking out street sounds. There are 2 flat screen televisions with cable/wifi, a computer, and telephone. There is surround sound capabilities with speakers in every room and MP3 plug in capabilities. Kitchen appliances include a Bosch washer and dryer. It also has a Leibher professional refrigerator and separate freezer. The Rossier 3-in-1 ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher, and whirlpool Micro Oven combination allow even the best chefs to feel at home. RATES & FEES
PROPERTY & SECURITY DEPOSIT
The rates are 75€ per night, per person (maximum 3 people allowed) for a minimum stay of 90 nights. One person can rent the apartment if desired at the 75€ nightly rate.
Telephone, internet, and WIFI services will be transferred into the name of the main guest and will be paid by the tenant directly to the city of Paris. Telephone is equipped to make international calls to over 80 countries.
A 95€ final cleaning fee will also be paid for at the time of booking and is separate from your security deposit. The final cleaning service will be performed after you check out.
A security deposit will be placed on your credit card in amount of 500€. You are responsible for paying for any damage caused by you at the time of check out. If there is any damage, you may be asked to pay the Travel Assistant the estimated repair/replacement cost or you may forfeit the entire security deposit and be reimbursed less the actual cost of the repairs.
150€ shall be deducted from the deposit if the keys are lost or stolen. Your deposit will be returned to you 24 hours after you check out of the apartment.
